About this property
"Bella Vista" Home for 12 Guests with Rooftop View over the Capitol
Welcome to Bella Vista, our recently renovated home with a stunning rooftop view over the US Capitol. Located in Bloomingdale neighborhood in NW DC and 5 minutes driving from Union Market, the unit is perfect for families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC.
The property is a unit in a 2-unit building.
Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet (5 min driving).
Our place has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We have a total of 7 beds in the unit that can fit up to 12 people.
Main level: 2 Queen beds and full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area.
Second level: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kids room with a full bed and bunk beds (one full mattress at the bottom and one twin at the top).
We also have a foldable twin bed located inside the master bedroom closet where an additional guest can sleep.
Third level: rooftop with view over the US Capitol
The unit can comfortably host up to 12 guests.
House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen.
All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Essential toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest. We also have makeup towels in each bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. The living room also has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available.
Free street parking is available in front of the property. Parking hour limitations apply on weekdays.
No private parking on the property.
**STAIRS. Property has 3 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**
Noise. Please know that the property is located in a big city so there will always be a certain level of noise coming from traffic and construction. We do not issue reimbursements for city noise.
Highchair and pack n play travel crib are available for families. Blender and children dinnerware are also available in the kitchen for your convenience.
Fast speed Wi-Fi available throughout the unit.
We require a copy of your drivers license or passport after booking.
