This was an AMAZING stay. It was literally walking distance from all of the action and attractions besides swamp and boat tours. The condo is spacious and aesthetically appealing and was clean, private, and super cute!!Only suggestions I would have are full length mirrors, and maybe better parking directions !!

When we checked in, the toilet in our room wasn’t working. There are no staff members on site. The cleaning staff told me I had to call for assistance. The person I talked with had me go down a floor, in a closet, and open a box on the wall to get a key for the new room.Having no live staff or a place to keep luggage if you arrive before check in time is a big deal.I have never stayed in a hotel where there is no staff present. People considering staying here must understand this. I won’t do this again.

The unit was clean and well provisioned for our stay. The layout was perfect for our family...enough room to spread out with feeling like we had rented too much for our needs. Having access to a small kitchen was really great...I prefer to have coffee and breakfast in the room especially in New Orleans where you eat so many meals in restaurants. The bathroom was comfortable...though the towel bar and a towel hook both fell off the wall due to loose dry wall anchors. The host was great...you communicate by text, but responses to my texts were nearly real time. The code to get in the room didn't work initially, but the host fixed the issue within minutes after my text. Two things to be aware of...1) if you plan to arrive early consider bag storage...there is nowhere to put your bags while you wait for your room 2) this unit is right smack dab in the middle of everything...gets real noisy at night from people and trash removal and street sweeping (bring a sound machine). Really liked the place and the service...would definitely book through them again.
