This incredible one-bedroom is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Canterbury at San Francisco is located at the heart of downtown San Francisco. This resort is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars at Union Square, an two blocks from the city's world famous car system. The car system can take you to the golden gate bridge, fisherman's wharf, and china town. The resort has a fitness center, computer room, and game room.

The space available for rent is a one bedroom. The space comes with a partial kitchen with an electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom. The living room has a couch that turns into a queen size sofa sleeper with a flat screen TV. There are complimentary laundry rooms on every other floor of the resort building.

The rental is for the entire unit. The resort amenities are shared by all resort guests.

Parking is not included with the rental. Nearby self-parking is available at Butterick Garage (840 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109). Compact and Standard vehicles are $40.00 per night and oversize vehicles are $50.00 per night with in/out privilege. All rates expire at 1PM on day of check out.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the room. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the room with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort rooms. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort rooms. The rooms may vary slightly.

Club Wyndham Nob Hill

We stayed at the Club Wyndham on Nob Hill. The suite was excellent! The full kitchen with laundry in the suite made our stay easier, no looking for restaurants for every meal or sharing laundry facilities with other guests. The location was perfect for our trip. I would recommend staying at the Club Wyndham.

Quiet gem near Nob Hill

The Canterbury Wyndym provided a safe, exceptionally clean and lovely base for our 5 day stay. Our room was larger than expected with a full kitchen. The beds very comfortable. We walked to Polk St every morning for breakfast. We also walked to Union square. Delightful stay!

Perfect apartment in San Francisco

Excellent location near Union Square, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day and you can contact them with any problem, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, including an excellent shower and a kitchen for independent preparation of meals. Highly recommend!
