There’s a Safeway grocery store 2 miles (a 5‑minute drive) away, and the home is close to hiking and biking trails and beautiful forest parks.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire downstairs of the home and left hand side of the driveway with private entrance.

House Rules:

- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Maximum guests: 4 No parties or events. Small gatherings welcomed!
- Pets welcome for an additional fee (max 30 lbs). Pets must not be on furniture or in beds. Owners are responsible for any pet damage. A $250 cleaning fee applies if a pet urinates or defecates inside.
- Smoking only outdoors with all windows and doors closed. Do not allow smoke odor inside — a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor enters the home.
- Please treat the home with care so it remains pleasant for you and future guests.
