The Space:

Welcome to Sea La Vie! Located on the fourth floor of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, this single-level, three-bedroom condo is comprised of two side-by-side vacation rentals, which can be rented separately as either a one or two-bedroom retreat. The two-bedroom condo includes a full and well-equipped kitchen, while the one-bedroom main suite includes a microwave and a mini-fridge to make it easy to prepare cost-saving, homecooked meals or to reheat last night's leftovers. Do your laundry using the newly purchased washer/dryer combo located in the kitchen area of the two-bedroom condo. The large living area is great for gathering and watching TV after days of relaxing on the beach, golfing at one of the many nearby golf courses, or shopping with family and friends. Both condos offer spacious, private and fully furnished balconies - the perfect spot for evening cocktails and conversation in the open air all within sight of the Gulf. Guests have access to a host of on-site amenities ranging from pools and hot tubs to restaurants, fitness center and sports courts.



Here on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find walking paths and a free tram (both of which lead to the beach) plus indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Hike the blissfully quiet nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east, or check out the shops and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard just two miles away. You'll also be within seven miles of Destin Commons, an open-air mall with lots of shopping and restaurants.
