The Space:
Spacious and lovingly styled, this condo is ready to welcome you to the beach! Luxuries like a private washer/dryer and a wide balcony with a partial pool view place this condo in a class of its own. Stylized shutters lend privacy at multiple points in the condo while still maintaining the beachy atmosphere. Guests can cook up dinner in the full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and plenty of cooking equipment - there's a bonus kitchenette on one side of the condo for guests that want a little more privacy. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom mean that guests can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. There is a brand new 65-inch TV in the living room and brand new TVs in all three bedrooms for you to enjoy. During their stay, guests can also enjoy shared amenities such as a tennis court, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and basketball court.
The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to try Maple Street Biscuit Company for breakfast first! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over two miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just eight-and-a-half miles from the condo.
