This property is just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with several restaurants and cafes located within a 10–15 minute stroll. While everything you need is nearby, we recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful surrounding beaches and attractions, including Playa Conchal, Playa Danta, Las Catalinas, Tamarindo Beach, and more!

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
