With three bedrooms plus a office with a futon (2 queen bedrooms, 1 standard & 1 futon) and two bathrooms (1-shower, 1 shower/ bath), guests enjoy plenty of space to relax. An additional office area with a futon offers a quiet spot to work or unwind, or could serve as a smaller bedroom for a child. There are two comfortable living/ seating areas and a dining room space. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. There is also a screened in Sunroom. Sunroom and living / dining areas have a direct view of the Hillsboro River. Wooded areas are across from the house on both sides, giving peaceful vibes and nature views. Whether you’re here for rest or productivity, this pleasant home provides a terrific base for your stay. Comfortable yards in front and back, and deck on the river. Near USF, Busch Gardens and the Museum of Science & Industry (just 2 miles from USF, but tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood, and 5 miles from Busch Gardens). The host is very kind considerate make sure that I had everything I needed when I first arrived to make sure that we were comfortable they also communicated so that we were well informed about everything at the home very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful back patio, where you can sit and watch nature

Host was welcoming and helpful. Communication was great. Decor and furniture were really nice, and the amenities included everything I needed. Beautiful river views from the dock made the stay so relaxing and recuperative. I ended up spending a lot more of my time than I expected just sitting and watching animals outside on the dock. Truly loved the place! Cozy and located conveniently for my holiday theme park trip. I would strongly recommend this host and their lovely place.

Our stay was pleasant; we loved the water aspect of the home and dock. There were some things that would been more of an issue if we were staying for a longer than a few days. It is extremely close to Busch Gardens for families that is nice and have lots of choices for food and that is always nice too. Conveniently located pretty close from interstate exit and that is great as well as the mailbox being unique to help spot the driveway. It would have been nice to have some chairs and a table out on the dock for sitting to relax in the evenings along with some sort of lighting in the back for better visual when walking to the dock area at night.

Host was very communicative, easy to chat with, and quickly resolved a minor issue with the house - checking in to make sure our stay was going well.Location is good for a variety of south-florida destinations.House is clean and comfortable, with lots of space. We were in Florida 9 nights for a family event and were we easily able to host dinner one evening for several of the other family members visiting the area. Good bathrooms, comfortable memory foam beds, though a dresser in the largest bedroom might be a helpful addition in the future.Kitchen is still getting stocked up with equipment as it is a new to VRBO house, but host is open to suggestions or specific requests. We were able to prep meals very easily. Future guests will enjoy the cast iron skillet we picked it up locally and left as an addition to the kitchen - hopefully they care for it properly and it will be there for us to use if/when we return to Tampa. We'd definitely look up this house again next time.
