The second floor opens to a bright, open-concept living space designed for comfort and connection. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. A dedicated dining area comfortably seats four, while a conveniently located half bath (toilet and sink only) adds functionality.

The cozy living room features a sofa bed—ideal for additional guests—and offers direct access to the backyard via a short staircase.



🛏️ Third Floor – Rest & Privacy



The top floor features two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a desk, chair, and individual air-conditioning units for personalized comfort—perfect for work or relaxation. A clean, shared bathroom with a shower is centrally located between the bedrooms.

Guests will have the full access to the entire town house.

The townhouse is ideally situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood just seven blocks west of the University of Washington campus. The University District Light Rail Station is an easy 10–15 minute walk, providing quick, direct access to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the Burke-Gilman Trail is only two blocks from the home, offering a scenic route for walking, running, or biking through some of Seattle’s most beautiful neighborhoods.



This location perfectly balances peaceful residential living with exceptional walkability and transit access—ideal for students, families, and professionals alike.



Getting Around:

Multiple bus lines operate nearby, offering convenient connections throughout the city. You can check King County Metro schedules or use the OneBusAway app for real-time routes and arrival times.

This townhouse is in a great location close to the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle and other destinations- Green Lake, Gas Works Park- are easy to get to.



We will send front door code and let you know when the place is ready on the day of your arrival.



There is parking for one car included, be aware that larger vehicles may not fit. Free street parking and a paid lot are within three blocks.



Heat is controlled by thermostats in the stairways and front bedroom- the back bedroom has a space heater. There is a portable AC unit in the upstairs bedroom.

Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home.

No smoking in or on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Please be respectful of neighbors an keep noise to a minimum at all times.
