Spacious yard that is completely fenced for your privacy and for your pup to run !
PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.
All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel.
Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.
A maximum of SIX guests and visitors are allowed at the property. The `NO PARTIES` policy is strictly enforced.
Be advised lawn crews may conduct regularly scheduled services at the house while guests are present. Lawn crews will not disturb guests while conducting services.
Parking is only permitted on the driveway,
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND is allowed at the property.

Owner/manager was very easy to deal with. This home was super comfortable with a location 5 mins to WEC and 10 mins to HITS. Tastefully decorated and all you need for home away from home. Neighborhood is very quiet and yard is fenced for the dogs to run or if you just want to sit outside with your coffee. Highly recommend this place.
