The house fit our extended family perfectly. Plenty of space for us to be together & spread out. The pool was a hit with the kids & us adults. It’s in a great area and a 10 min drive to the beach but honestly you never really need to leave the house to have your tropical vacation. We will definitely be coming back.

Great house! Lots of fun in and around the house. Can run down to the beach or the bay if that is your thing… a little pricy, but in general a great option.

The property itself is excellent, with a great pool and very nice rooms and common areas. We did find some broken glass near the pool from the previous group, which was especially alarming because we had young children. We notified the owners, and they did send someone out to clean. The response was great, but not something we thought we would have to be worried about and probably should have been addressed before our arrival. The other issue we had was the bugs. We were warned when we arrived that the bugs had been bad for the previous group, but had no idea just how bad it would be. The bugs were overwhelming near the pool, even during the day. At night, it kept some people from wanting to be outside or use the pool. The number of bites was so overwhelming people were sharing pics amongst each other of just how bad it was a week later. Overall, the Vrbo property itself was excellent and we were very impressed with our rooms and the class of the property. The owners were responsive, and we felt heard on issues. Most of our group would book this property again.

House was amazing. There were a few issues that we didn’t like. The hot water was not hot. In most showers, we took cold showers. Very disappointing when you pay this kind of money. Maintenance came and addressed it, but it wasn’t fixed. We were told to “ keep the water handle as close to max hit as possible”, which made the water pressure minima and not consistent. Water would get very hot then ice cold. There was a large “resident rat” that came out in the evening. Many of our guests would go inside once he was seen. Brought these issues up with the host and was told “thanks for the info, we’ll take care of it”. Overall, like I said, house was great, but wasn’t happy with the hosts response.

To our future guests reading this review. All water heaters and plumbing are brand new and our staff visited multiple times and provided videos of proof of everything functioning properly on site. In addition we do have inside and outside pest control on all of our properties. This group will not be welcome back unfortunately.

House is beautiful, very accommodating but very close to neighbors which can be a problem when you have 20 people in one house.
