Indulge in this luxurious, light-filled, architecturally unique, and tranquil house, nearby the university. Marvel in this 3-level spacious house w/ 3-level decks and terraced garden at the edge of the woods/park. Enjoy outdoor fire bowl in the evening, watch birds, deer, and other wildlife, & stroll down deer trails to Clear Creek. With two queen beds and a sofa bed, guests find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The three bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. For those who like to keep active, a fitness space is available on-site. a separate office space is available. This perfect retreat combines comfort and practicality, ensuring guests feel right at home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
No window shades!!! Not for dark bedroom sleep. Not w/chair accessible. Sets in the woods the house is Not for allergy susceptible guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Lock doors to decks ! Push them tightly to the frame and raise the switch up. • Front door locks automatically
• turn-down/up AC to conserve electricity (or return to default) • Leave items as and where you found them, as much as possible
• Place outdoor furniture under the roof overhang (near the glass wall) to protect from weather. • If you used the outside grill, please scrap all food remains and shut gas valve.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PROVIDE ALL NAMES OF GUESTS UPON BOOKING. ONLY people who are listed on the guest list are allowed to stay overnight.
Thermostat is located on the wall of the stairway to the lower bed room. Wintertime, set temperature btw 60°F and 73°F. In summertime, 68°F and 78°F.
Master Bedroom/Gym: YOU ARE LIABLE for physical and bodily damage while using exercise machines and equipment in the lower level !!!!!
