This Florida cottage is located close to the spectacular South Walton beaches, Gulf Place shopping, artist's colonies, eclectic shops and restaurants of 30A. This tastefully decorated, fully appointed home features 3 private bedrooms: downstairs master with king bed and 2 upstairs bedrooms both with queen size beds; a plush queen size air mattress with foam topper for extra guests; downstairs master bath with walk-in shower; 2 full baths upstairs (one with soaker tub and walk-in shower) and half bath downstairs. The spacious living and dining area and open kitchen are flooded with natural light and furnished for relaxation and comfort. Two outside areas (front porch and back patio) are designed for reading a book, grilling out, or just relaxing. TV's with satellite in living room and all 3 bedrooms; internet; fully stocked kitchen; quality linens; washer and dryer closet. Located just a short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to one of the area's most pristine beaches with public access.

Perfect for retirees, families, girls' weekends and couples' getaways, Seaside Serenity is ideal for those who enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, soaking up the sun at beautiful beaches of 30A, browsing shops, playing golf, and discovering favorite local eateries. Yes, this was a wonderful home to stay in. There were beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a few umbrellas. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach. We loved it!

Great Beach house

My family of 5 stayed a week at this beach house and it was wonderful. The place was clean, enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area to visit. And a paved pathway for walks or runs that goes for miles.

Perfect Vacation House!

I would definitely stay at this property again. I highly recommend it. The house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive with answering questions. It’s very rare to find a property with so many Excellent reviews, but this host/house has truly earned them all!

Location and the home were great. Would have liked a table in the back yard to eat meals or have coffee, but not a big deal. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a public beach access. Communication with the owner and property manager was prompt.

This is a really nice property. All the comforts of home. It is within walking distance to the beach. We were able to find parking within a block all 7 days. Lots to do within the area eating shopping beach rentals etc. 30A did not disappoint .

Beautiful Home Close to Beach Fun

Communication prior to the trip and throughout was excellent. Any question that came up was immediately handled. Had assistance in getting a 6-seat golf cart as well. The week was perfect with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach anytime we wanted. On top of that, the shops and restaurants down the street entertained the older kids. Overall, the stay was perfect!

LOVED this vacation home! Excellent location close to great restaurants, just down from the beach entrance, great little coffee shop down the way, art gallery and gift shops. Super smooth check-in, check-out procedure. Comfy front porch sitting/coffee sipping and back porch fire pit/wine drinking patio area. Nice towels and bedding. Well-stocked kitchen. Rent a golf-cart for easy beach commute. Would book this place again for sure!

Exceeded Our Expectations

We absolutely loved our time in this cottage on 30A! There were four in our group, my husband and myself and our daughter and a friend. We had lots of room to spread out and have our own space. However, I feel like the cottage could easily accommodate six, maybe eight, and still feel roomy. The kitchen was very well appointed, much more so than some houses we have stayed in, and the beds were all very comfortable. We did reach out to the property manager once because we were unable to locate the DVD player. He was quick to respond and delivered one to us in just a couple of hours. We loved being within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. Definitely recommend!!
