This home is ideal for guests seeking relaxation, natural beauty, and a serene coastal escape. Accommodating up to six guests, the property includes a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, and a comfortable dining area designed for effortless enjoyment.

The well-appointed bedroom is separated by sliding barn doors, providing both privacy and charm. Enjoy stunning bay views from nearly every room, and unwind on the expansive outdoor decks. The home’s location is perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets, fishing, or simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings.

*This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (no cats). Pet fee: $200.

***Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Not really much negative to say about this place! The sunset view was amazing, and it was very private, peaceful, and spacious. We had a great time overall and would definitely book again.The only major issue was the shower. The shower head barely worked, with water only coming out of a few holes, hot water takes a few minutes to warm up but then can get extremely hot.A couple smaller details I’d mention: there was no seasoning provided at all, and only one roll of toilet paper was supplied. For the price of the stay, I feel like at least salt and pepper and a couple extra rolls of toilet paper should be included. Also, the generic dish soap barely worked — spending an extra dollar on Dawn would make a big difference. Lastly, the sliding doors were a little difficult to lock.Overall though, those were fairly minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed the stay. Beautiful place and we would absolutely stay again!
