Historic building with a beautifully updated loft in Downtown Perryville. Conveniently located near restaurants, a local coffee shop, boutiques, shopping, and other attractions around the Downtown Historic Square.

I am always available by phone at 719-671-8235 and am often available in person as well.

Downtown Perryville hosts community events throughout the year, especially from April through October, including Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square, and more. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and other downtown attractions are all within walking distance.

Absolutely — here’s a polished version that still sounds warm and genuine:Urban Lofts was absolutely amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so cute. There were so many thoughtful little details throughout the loft that really made the stay feel extra special.We did have a little trouble during the booking process, but Carisa was right on top of it and helped get everything worked out quickly and smoothly. She was so helpful and made the whole experience easy.The location was great, the space was comfortable and spotless, and overall it completely exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend Urban Lofts to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay. Just an amazing experience all around!
