Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load & run the dishwasher.
ALL trash in bins. Extra charge for bags that don't fit.
Thermostats to 77 (cool) on summer & 68 (heat) on winter.
Oven cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee.
Furniture out of place will be an additional $25 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
