Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes, Trash bin on the outside front fence. Put dirty towels on floor in restroom. No pets on furniture, keep pets crated if left alone. pick up any pet waste inside and outside the property.
$5 dollar fee per pile of pet waste left uncleaned. Take trash out.
No smoking in the unit. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
