We stayed here for a week with 14 adults and 2 kids. We loved it! Plenty of space to relax. We spent alot of our time on the covered porch and loved watching movies at night. The indoor pool was great after a long day of hiking. About 15 minutes to pigeon forge and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg so we felt the location was great!

The house was perfect for our family spring break trip. We highly recommend this property. The host was very quick to respond. Check in was easy. Property was clean, beds were comfy. So much room for everyone to space out as well.

This cabin was spotless when we got there and has plenty of room for multiple families. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the theater screen. The pool is plenty big and the water was perfectly heated. The host was very communicative and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. He responded quickly to any questions I had. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to everyone and hope to visit again!

The place was fantastic. Views were phenomenal. Michael, the Manager was the best manager I have dealt with when on vacation and we vacation at least once a year.We had 11 adults, 4 toddlers 4 and under plus 2 newborns. The accommodations for all of us was excellent. The location is perfect and close enough to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Outside deck seating was a definite plus and the huge pavilion was absolutely beautiful and relaxing.This is a definite 5 star place but we encountered one major, one minor issue, and an issue that is not related to the owner. I think the listing should mention the recent cabin directly across the street that had an electrical fire. Our view out the front was of a cabin burned down with a black staircase leading to no second floor, This is not the owners fault but renters should be made aware.Minor problem, The dishwasher is not very good. It took 3 washing cycles to clean dishes each time. The dishwasher was not even full.Major problem. With a 4 year old, and three 2 year olds, the pool was a major reason for booking. When we arrived, the pool room was unbearable. The wall AC unit was broken. I immediately put in a call to the manager, Michael, and he got on it right away. We arrived Saturday and the pool AC was fixed Tuesday afternoon. The Owner originally offered a 3% refund after I asked for some compensation since we could not use the pool. Eventually the owner gave about 7% refund for loss of 3 days
