Residents not as listed at all. Ended up in the 2nd story of a home with 3 BR and one bath. Sheared with another family who had the downstairs. Listening was double booked. No contact prayer to arrival. Had no choice.

The place was clean and nice for what you pay for. The only issues we had were that we were told we were the only guests yet we heard loud people underneath our unit all night long until 5am!! We hardly got any sleep. The floors are thin I guess. But otherwise the unit was secure and nice. Not to forget to mention the landlady was friendly to deal with.

Why they chose this property

I absolutely love this historical neighborhood. The homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is filled with wonderful people. The house across the street has a wonderful library where you can take or leave a book. The respective neighbors have lived here since the 80’s and really look out for each other. There’s a great feeling here that you’re safe and that you belong. I want to share this beauty and great feelings.
The property is centrally located to everything. There’s a bird sanctuary within a few blocks and a beautiful park with great walking trails, tennis courts and a seasonal pool.

What makes this property unique

My property is both historical and commercial with a huge home and two townhouses with 22 paved parking spots. It’s absolutely beautiful with all the conveniences . I have spent a great deal of time and effort to enhance the natural and stately beauty.
