Love love the views, fireplace. Wi-fi lags, we stayed 4 nights with only 2 bath towels. Should accommodate for nights stayed. Garbage cans and tables a little rusty. Room was clean. Bed was squeaky but comfortable.

Mostly had a good experience with this lodging. It’s basically an inexpensive bare-bones hotel room, which was good for my needs. The title of the property on VRBO (condo) is misleading since it’s really a small hotel room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The only real issue we had to deal with was another renter had left a dog unattended directly below our unit and the management company was notified around 5am of incessant barking, which violated their own quiet hours rules, and didn’t visit the property until almost 10am to assess the situation. This happened on our final day so we just packed up and left. Eventually the matter was handled to our satisfaction but the initial response was lagging.

Pet friendly room, although there’s nothing in the ad about not being able to leave your pet unattended, which is why I booked. Then in the room, there’s a sign that says not to, so that was frustrating. The bed was super uncomfortable as well, but it was worth it for the price. The views of the beach and sunset from the balcony were beautiful! The host was very responsive as well.

Beach Getaway

My mom and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, beach access convenient, pet friendly :) my rescue Texas girl loved it. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived but we kept our shoes on and everything else was great.

Great room & view

This was a great place to spend the weekend - close to the beach, great view from the room, and trails nearby (check out Cutler City Wetlands Trails & Spyglass Ridge Open Space). We'll be back!

Great view

We stayed here for 4 days and it was great! It was clean, has a nice fireplace and an awesome view! The beach access was very nice to have and the location was very central to everything that we wanted to do! The only downside was that we didn’t have a table to eat at when we ate in but it really wasn’t even much of a downside. This is a great place for a long weekend!

Sandstone Point Hotel

Excellent ocean view! So peaceful listening to the waves. Nice place clean, cozy.. only bummer was that the fireplace didn't work. but overall great stay. would definitely go again!

Great spot with beautiful ocean views!

The price was amazing and it was a short drive to the beach. We listened to the ocean waves at night. Lincoln City is busy so getting in and out of the parking lot can take time. We had a wonderful stay and if we were going to stay in Lincoln City again we would stay here.

The view of the ocean and trees is spectacular.

I love being able to see and hear the ocean so this place was perfect. The only minor problem was an annoying sound like a generator or fan that was on the whole time, never could tell what it was. Overall excellent place though.

Awesome ocean view with private balcony. The only drawback is that fees, taxes, and cleaning doubles the price. However, great value for a summer stay. Will return.
