This spacious property features a main house plus a private detached casita suite, a resort-style backyard, and one of the most convenient locations in all of North Scottsdale (85254).
Whether you’re visiting for golf, family time, or a relaxing group getaway, this home gives you everything in one place. When you’re out, you’re minutes from top restaurants, shopping, and golf. When you’re home, it feels like your own private resort.

This neighborhood is one of our favorite parts of Scottsdale because it’s quiet, safe, and perfectly located. You’re close to everything people come here for without feeling stuck in traffic or crowds.
From here, you’re no more than 20 mins from great restaurants, golf courses, hiking, Old Town nightlife, shopping, and spring training stadiums. It’s the best of both worlds: peaceful when you want to unwind, and close to the action when you’re ready to explore!
