This studio is located on the 22nd floor and accessible by lift.

Designed with an open-plan floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this studio is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious queen sized Murphy bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

This space also boasts a laptop friendly working desk arrangement for your remote working needs.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy a glimpse of Burj Khalifa.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The dining area has a beautiful table with high stools to relish your meals in luxury and style.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as a swimming pool with Cabanas, a party hall cum kid's play area, a barbecue deck and a fully equipped health club with state-of-the-art facilities and a sauna and steam.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Waterfront promenade along the Dubai Canal. It provides an excellent environment for leisurely walks, jogging, or enjoying scenic views.

Easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road is just a short drive away, and Dubai Canal is just a walk away. Easy access to Al Khail Road and Dubai Mall are just a short drive away.

Marasi Drive occasionally hosts events, festivals, and outdoor activities. These can include art exhibitions, food festivals, and cultural events. The area often features a range of restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets along the promenade, offering various cuisines and shopping options.

Excellent restaurant options are nearby, such as Anbar Cafe, Firasi Restaurant Break and Olives Restaurant.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, U BORA Tower 2 GE Office (line F19B), is just a 14-minute walk.

Dubai Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
