We're back from housing wildfire survivors. This is a recently renovated 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Enjoy direct oceanfront on Sugar Beach with a lush, tropical garden area. You'll have mountain, ocean and garden views from your private lanai. In the winter, watch the humpback whales. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, w/d, large bedroom with king size bed and office/sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful living space with sliding doors out to lanai. Oceanfront pool and BBQ area. Small, quiet complex.
