Wonderful beachside condo

My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay at #1 Pipers Nest. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the beachside location was perfect.

The condo was amazing, very clean with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The community was quiet and felt very safe. There were a few restaurants close enough to walk or a short drive and putt putt only a mile away. The direct access to the beach was a huge plus- the beach was not crowded at all and very clean (especially compared to surrounding beaches) And the balcony had a view perfect for morning coffee and quiet time. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this property! Great location and easy access to the ocean. It has beautiful views from the living room balcony. Could be a bit less dusty but it was windy and we were right on the ocean. Was well equipped. Comfy beds. Bathrooms were clean.

It was a nicely furnished, cute property, which has a wonderful location. We had a slight problem with plumbing and it was addressed and fixed immediately! We would highly recommend this place.

Best condo, perfect for five people

This was a lovely little vacation spot. It sits right on the water in a small and quiet building. The condo is a great size, it’s well outfitted with blankets, towels and pillows. It is extremely comfortable, updated, and conveniently located. And we even had a parking spot in the shade right beneath the condo. It was perfect. We loved everything about the trip and will definitely be back.

We had another great beach vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The sand, the warm water, and plenty of sun shine made it memorable. And while it was great to reminisce about previous times at IRB when our daughters were small and giggly, it was great spending it with our high school aged daughters :-). Family Time

The condo was decorated so beachy and cute and it had everything you would need. You could see the ocean from the balcony and the sand was right off the community patio. The ocean was beautiful and clear so I could see if any creatures were around and we got to see a manatee swim right beside us.

Very pleased with Pipers Nest 1. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, more than enough closet and draw space than you could use. Everything was clean and updated. Two of our group has had foot surgery and we appreciated the short walk under the building right on to the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. Great place to watch the sunset. Would recommend to a friend.

Condo was filthy. Mold growing in showers. Other people's hair stuck to walls in bathrooms. Floors were so dirty that the kids feet would be black after a bath from walking around for 5 minutes. Massive amount of spider mites in kitchen, reached out to management, someone came out the next day and put traps out which didn't solve the issue. I had to clean the kitchen counters, stove, walls and floor with hot soapy water to get rid of them. Had to keep our snacks and bread in the microwave to keep the bugs away. I wasn't even comfortable cooking without washing everything first. I had to wash my babies bottles and put them in the fridge to make sure they were safe from the bugs. Just all around nasty. They are definitely getting ripped off if they're really paying 175 for cleaning.Regret ever staying there.

Our team maintains the highest cleaning standards, and this unit is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest’s arrival. The guest who stayed immediately after this guest left a 5-star review, which makes these comments even more concerning and inconsistent with the actual condition of the property. Honest feedback is always welcome, but false claims only hurt the people behind the scenes who put real effort into their work. We stand firmly by the quality and cleanliness of our property and our team.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was relatively clean. We did have a problem with a leak in the master bathroom sink and a huge leak in the kitchen. The cabinet under the sink was completely flooded. Someone came within a couple of hours and replaced the faucet the following day. We love Pipers Nest and have stayed there for years. I do have to say that the cleanliness has gone down hill but was better this year. I'm sure we'll be back.

Family Vaca

We came for a family vacation and the property is in a really quiet, calm and unique area and the condo and grounds are nicely taken care of. The beach, sunsets and sunrises are beautiful and did not disappoint! It was definitely a great way to decompress and enjoy family. The food at the local eateries are superb and the best ice cream was at the Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee!! It is only a 10 min drive to Clearwater or St. Pete if you are looking for more activities and night life. There were a few hiccups when we arrived but the management fixed the issue in a timely and professional way. The beach chairs/lounges are old and I would recommend replacing them. We would definitely recommend Piper's Nest to others and we will most definitely be returning for future vacations!! John & Cyndi

Wonderful quaint spot by the beach

Great beachfront rental for a nice winter getaway. This was a wonderful location with nice friendly neighbors. Plenty of utensils and dishes to use and cook meals. We visited from Illinois and were very pleased with the visit. A washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient, as was the dishwasher. Some board games and even books there to enjoy. Several water buckets available to wash off the sand after the beach. The beds were comfortable and so was the living area after a long day. I suggest cleaning under beds and sofas, especially if pets are allowed. We found ALOT of dog hair, that I'm sure was from a husky because we used to have one. Otherwise it is a nice spacious place for a family or friends vacation. The Christmas tree and decor was definitely a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. -The Crew Family.

Great!

This was a well kept property and we loved being so close to beach! We never had to put shoes on to walk there. Just wanted fyi the kitchen has some cooking stuff like pots but no food. So no spices & no oil. It was a little frustrating having to buy those things if you want to cook which we did. We also couldn’t find a baking sheet so had to use a pizza ban to cook rolls or cookies. Scissors didn’t work, thankfully we brought some. So the kitchen is the Basics. Everything else was great! The neighbors were even very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Kevin was very nice and very responsive. We started by almost crushing our turtle top in the covered parking spot...no clearance warnings posted. We did find a local who we asked if we could park in the open lot, which we did the rest of the time. 2 balconies: 1 overlooks the constantly running AC units for the condos (3 or 4 units) the other is very small with a dumpster view. There are grills but NO GRILLING signs posted on the patio. Not much pressure in the "master bath" shower and it could use a good scrubbing and some updates. We had good food while there, the "strip" was a bit of a surprise, a pic of that may help ensure that folks know what to expect. Not bad, just not really expected.

If you have a tall vehicle, there is plenty of extra parking in front of the building. One balcony looks toward the street. The other looks toward the beach.
