We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

This is a third floor unit and stairs are required. The property is not handicap accessible.

Indoor pool heating is managed by the resort. Guests cannot control the temperature and there is no additional heating fee.

A hospital and medical services are located just across the street for added peace of mind in case of emergencies.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.

Follow the check in and check out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.

Adhere to the standard check in and check out time. Early check in and late checkout are subject to host approval.

All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and or damaged items may result in additional charges.
