This home is being professionally managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

Whether you’re here for boating, beach days, wildlife watching, or just a quiet escape, this inviting waterfront home is designed for pure relaxation and unforgettable memories.
Harbor Circle is a bay-street with most homes having bay access. Public Beach Access #2 on Alligator Point is the Gulf access point closest to the home. You can view a map of where it is in relation to the home in the photos.
There is a door panel on front door. Code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.
143 Harbor Circle is located on Alligator Point on Florida's Forgotten Coast on the bay side where the fishing is fabulous and wildlife is abundant. There is a bike trail on Alligator Drive a few houses down from the home for your biking enjoyment, and the area is full of opportunities for adventure, from kayaking, boating, canoeing, and fishing to just enjoying the perfectly peaceful setting that this area of coast has to offer!
This 3 BR/2 BA home is located on one floor, but requires a flight of stairs to reach the main level. The large kitchen is perfect for family meals and comes equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and appliances.
Primary bedroom has a king bed and other two bedrooms have queen beds. Both bathrooms have an enclosed glass shower. Primary suite has a large walk-in shower and is great for those who do not wish to step over a tub.
Smart TVs are located in the living area and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Outdoors there is a downstairs lounging area with outdoor furniture off the carport, and upstairs there is a porch dining/lounging area. There is an outdoor shower off the back patio area.
Alligator Point is a remote area and public transportation is not available. However, it is a great area to drive around in a golf cart, and it's easy to get to the beach on a golf cart.
Golf Cart Rental (If Available) Enhance your stay with the convenience of a 4-seat golf cart, available as an optional add-on. This is available on a first come, first serve basis, so we cannot accommodate all requests.
Pricing: $40 per night of your reservation $150 per week of your reservation
How it works: Must be reserved and paid for prior to use, but can be reserved at any time during your stay. Subject to availability Once booked, guests receive a lockbox code and instructions for accessing the key
Requirements: Driver must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license Guests are responsible for the golf cart during the rental period Golf cart must be operated responsibly and charged as instructed Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Public Beach Access #2 is the closest beach access- it is 0.8 miles from the home and there is parking at the beach area (map in photos). Please no smoking inside the home. Dogs allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee. Rent the golf cart! Contact us for nightly/weekly rental rates of the golf cart for your stay. **Special Discounted Rate for a 30-night stay or longer at $160 a night rental rate from November 2nd - March 1st.** Please send a message to the host to request the discount.

The property was as described. Beautiful view, quiet, peaceful and pet-friendly. The beach was very accessible. This was a wonderful place to stay, relax and get away from the chaos of everyday life.
Super clean home. Quiet sleeping. Wonderful place to relax for two months. We had to leave 6 days early because of a medical issue. Calyn was so great to work with and she quickly solved the minor issues we had. We are so happy that we were the first to rent this beautiful home.
