The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave, wash and put away all other dishes. Wipe down all kitchen countertops and dirty appliances.

Remove sheets and linens from beds that were used and leave in the laundry room. Start a load of towels in the washing machine, if you are still there when they are done please transfer to the dryer.

Make sure all trash and recycling is emptied and placed in the proper trash receptacle outside. Double check you have collected all personal items Notify host of your departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Garage rental is an additional $20 per night

Outdoor shoes should come off right inside the door. Please use the shoe storage behind the front door or take them upstairs/downstairs with you.

Our cleaners handle the heavy lifting after you leave, please treat our home as your own by managing small messes as they happen.
