We are renting our 2 bedroom condo at Innseason Pollard Brook for the 2025-2026 ski season. This is a timeshare resort and it has THE BEST amenities of any resort in NH. The units are well maintained and have full kitchens and balconies with a mountain view. The resort is amazing with a full sized indoor pool, huge indoor hot tub, huge indoor sauna, huge outdoor pool (closed in winter), huge outdoor hot tub (open year round), playground, huge indoor movie theater, big gym, game room, and resort activity center with organized DAILY activities (crafts, trips, and more). The resort also has a door to door shuttle service during ski season which is absolutely fantastic.
The rooms are perfect, nice and roomy, large fireplace with balcony overlooking loon mountain, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom units that sleep 6, FULL KITCHEN, plenty of space for the whole family for your Loon ski or Lincoln winter vacation. There are so many restaurants and things to do nearby including a massive candy store, the winter ICE CASTLES, and breweries and a winery. There is laundry on site as well, and the amenities at the resort are unbeatable.
We prefer 3+ night rentals but will consider offers on shorter stays. The ski season is off to a great start and many dates are being booked quickly!
