The space
Casita Coyote is a luxurious, private retreat perched at the very top of Casa Coyote, with sweeping ocean views, its own private entrance, and dedicated parking. Surrounded by lush gardens and coastal breezes, this peaceful escape is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Oaxaca’s coast.
The casita features a huge bedroom with a king-size bed and A/C, plus two private terraces perfect for lounging, dining, or stargazing. The outdoor area includes a large private pool, 2.5-meter sunbed, spacious L-shaped sofa, and shaded seating areas. Fire up the BBQ, use the wood oven, or just relax with a drink by the pool connected to the living area and the garden ;) .
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, pool table, indoor dining area, bathroom and plenty of space to unwind . Every detail is designed for comfort, blending warm, natural finishes with modern touches.
Though part of the Casa Coyote villa, Casita Coyote is fully independent and completely private. You’ll have exclusive use of all amenities, including the pool, garden, and terraces. Just minutes from Zipolite and Puerto Ángel, you’re close to beaches, local restaurants, and culture—while enjoying the calm of your own secluded paradise.

Casita Coyote has private parking located just in front of its private entrance, which opens up to a spacious garden featuring an outdoor dining table, a charcoal BBQ, wood-fired oven, a 2.5-meter-wide lounge bed, and a large private pool. The pool connects directly to the open-concept indoor living area, which includes a pristine kitchen, a large L-shaped sofa, a pool table, a full bathroom, and, of course, breathtaking ocean views.
A staircase from the living area leads to an expansive bedroom with a private bathroom and two secluded terraces.
The lower part of the house is a completely private space with its own separate entrance.

Zipolite is a laid-back beach town known for it's vibrant nightlife, its stunning natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. enjoy the sandy beach which stretches for about a mile and is renowned as one of the few clothing-optional beaches in Mexico.
San Agustinillo: 20 mins driving
In between Zipolite and Mazunte you will find San Agustinillo beach. The beach is wide and sandy with different spots to swim and explore. You will find a variety of restaurants/bars on the beach too.
Mazunte: 25 mins driving
Mazunte is a little town with a marvelous white sand beach. The main street called ‘’rinconcito’’ offers little shops, restaurants & bars. the nightife is usually more quiet but there are various festivals during the year like a jazz and a circus festival.
Playa Estacahuite: 15 mins driving
Small but beautiful beach, perfect to snorkel since the water is not so agitated.
There are restaurants and you can rent snorkeling equipment directly on the beach.
Playa Mermejita: 30 mins driving
Mermejita is a wild one: open sea a lot of good vibes: people love to gather there to play music and enjoy the wonderful sunset.
Note that the waves are strong so it’s not recommended to swim.
Playa Boquilla: 25 mins driving
Amazing bay to swim and snorkel, the beach is never too crowded so you can enjoy a peaceful day of sunbathing and swimming.

How to get there:
From Huatulco International Airport (Bahías de Huatulco) you can take a private taxi directly at the airport for about 1100 pesos or rent a car.
If driving take the Huatulco - Puerto Ángel highway (Federal Highway 200) heading toward Puerto Ángel.
Continue on the highway for approximately 35 minutes (about 35 km) south, until you reach the intersection. San Pedro de Pochutla, take left.
Continue for about 15 mins, as you approach Puerto Ángel, you'll see a sign indicating the entrance to the town.
The villa is about 10 minutes from the town center, behind the Universidad del Mar (See Google Maps link).
If you're renting a car, we recommend opting for a SUV since the roads are bumpy.
