The home is beautiful! The house sits on top of a mountain and caution is needed when walking in the yard because of the drop off, and a bear would have no problem coming up the side... we were so thankful that we did not see any! It was very well equipped with household items, and the extra phone and electrical outlets were genius! Communication with the host was effortless... she always responded very quickly to any questions that I had. The weather did not allow us to take advantage of the hot tub or sit outside at the attractive fire pit, however we did not mind because we were very comfortable inside. There were games to play and a large arcade machine, but we didn't know that, so we bought our own entertainment. We were a group of senior ladies, from the city, totally unfamiliar with country life, taking a "Girl's Trip"... it was AWESOME!!! Thank you Brooke!

I'd give this property 10 stars if I could.From the moment we booked, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel like VIP guests. The home was immaculate—easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. When you walk in the door you immediately get a soft amazing smell from the scent diffuser (very gentle and not overpowering). There are multiple Dyson air purifiers to keep the property fresh. The décor was beautiful, the furnishings were comfortable and upscale, and every room felt warm, inviting, and well maintained. The location was perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to do while still enjoying a peaceful, private and relaxing atmosphere. We explored the area, enjoyed nearby restaurants and attractions, and had peaceful resets relaxing at the property--it was the ideal home base for our trip. The amenities were exceptional. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and all the little extras made a huge difference -- soft towels, spa level shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all the bathrooms.You can tell the hosts have put a tremendous amount of thought into creating a five-star experience.Our vacation was effortless and truly memorable for the whole family. Highly, highly recommended!
