Located within the Shagbark Cabin Community, a gated resort with a staffed security checkpoint. Your parking and access passes will be ready at the gate—only registered vehicles are permitted. Guests receive a digital welcome guide 48 hours before arrival with driving directions, entry instructions, and amenity details.
-4-wheel drive necessary during winter weather events!
-The drive to the home is steep, narrow and curvy. Roads are paved and well-traveled.

For your awareness, this home is equipped with a Google Nest doorbell at the front entrance, exterior camera facing the side entrance on the lower deck facing the mountains and a exterior camera attached to the outside of the eagles nest to view the mountains.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
-No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
-Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
-For safety and maintenance purposes, management reserves the right to temporarily close the outdoor shower when temperatures are expected to drop below 32°F.
The following additional Fees may apply:
-$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
-Robes available for purchase at $125, guests will be charged for robes missing upon checkout
-$500 for pumping septic due to improper usage
-May be fined for damages, extra cleaning, tampering, unauthorized charges, and unreturned/stolen items
