Inside, guests find two queen beds and a full size futon, perfect for a restful night. The house features two bathrooms with refreshing showers to start your day right. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. An iron and iron board is also available for guests who like to keep things neat. This serene retreat offers a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy your time in COTO LAUREL/ PONCE at our lovely house. The home is currently being renovated inside and out and the existing furniture will be replaced with a more modern decor. Renovations will be completed by the end of June 2026.

Es una propiedad totalmente hermosa, cómoda y con todo lo que se necesita a la mano. El lugar es perfecto, tranquilo y con acceso controlado lo cual brinda mucha seguridad y cerca de todo.
