Welcome to luxury living in Littleton, Colorado.This pristine, open concept layout features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, a GE monogram 5 burner gas stove and everything else you need to enjoy preparing meals. The upscale bedroom has a new comfortable king bed with fresh, crisp linens, plenty of storage and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. The living room is cozy and inviting. The relaxing couch is automatic reclining to make comfortable extra sleeping arrangements. The granite and travertine bathroom includes dual shower heads, one rain head and one wall mount shower head with a water filter. There is also a private office with high speed internet and extra storage. A 600 square foot deck adds extra living space for three seasons a year. A heat pump system has been installed so guests can keep the atmosphere pleasant during every season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out or preparing for your next adventure, this enjoyable house provides a comfortable retreat.
