The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather the used towels and put them into the washer/dryer, do not start it. Strip used bedding and place it in front of the washer/dryer.
Make sure that all TVs and electronics are off. If using the heaters place the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using air conditioners set to 75. Please wash your dishes and place them on the drying rack.
Make sure that the door is locked upon leaving by pressing the “Yale” sign or by turning the lock before exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I have lived in or near Abilene our entire lives. To us, Abilene is irreplaceable because of its unique family-centered culture! We are Christians and love to spend time with our church community. We love to be outdoors and active, including pickleball, running, working out, and walks on the Lunsford at ACU!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood that Ellery Escape is in is a safe neighborhood comprised of a mixture of college/young adults and long-term owners who have been established in the neighborhood. We love this neighborhood because it is centrally located, just a short drive from the three major universities, downtown, and Hendrick North Hospital. We love that this neighborhood is walking distance from ACU, providing a walking trail surrounding ACU and ample grass area to enjoy the outdoors.
