This property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 penalty.
If guests choose to smoke, they must do so outside at a safe distance and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Any evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette litter on the property may result in a $500 cleaning and odor removal fee. This policy is strictly enforced.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed. A $500 penalty applies for any unapproved pets.

Overnight Guests:
All overnight guests must be registered. Any unapproved guests will incur a $100 per-person, per-night fee.
