These lock off units can be opened to create a two bedroom, two bath suite with beautiful views, a full kitchen, small kitchenette, two balconies, free parking, saltwater pool, and two saltwater hot tubs. Tattoo Parlor, barbershop, beautiful pond and mountain scenery located right in the heart of Grand County placing you a short drive to Grand Lake, or Winter Park
The space
This is two units that can be locked off and rented seperately, or in this case, combined. This listing is for the two units combined. We open the lock off door essentially giving you two studio units.
Other things to note
1 King bed in one unit. A Murphy bed and pullout sofa in the other unit, both Queen size. Combined units sleep a total of 6. 2 full baths, 1 full kitchen, and a dorm style fridge and microwave in the other unit. Two balconies.
