Why they chose this property

We love the quiet privacy of our Westport line home. We are close to the Merrit Parkway and 45 miles from NYC. The Westport train station is 2.5 miles away. We are close to Calf Pasture Beach and Compo Beach. We love the town of Westport with so many shops and fine restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We feel like we have our own resort in your .5 acre lot. The heated pool is 20 by 40 with a nine foot deep end. The new 2025 Caldera Utopia eight person hot tub is open year round. We have a gourmet kitchen with a six burner Thermador stove and Subzero refrigerator.
