Perfect house for a trip to Deep Creek! The location was perfect and the house had everything we could want. I’m sure we will be looking for availability next time we are planning a trip to the lake!

The house was really nice, clean, everything as advertised. I stayed with my kids and some friends and the house met all of our needs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glases, and cookware.I would suggest a new cover for the hot tub if that is to remain a functional feature of the rental.

Deck from a fighting glass door, two hot tub had over a foot of solid ice. Tried to get into the hot tub once and it was not safe to do so. We did contact you as soon as we got there to see if you could do something, and a very young kid on your property crew came over and dumped the rest of the ice melter on it and said to give it an hour and then it should be good. And he left me his snow shovel so we could try to dig ourselves a path to the hot tub. We paid good money for a rental with a hot tub to be able to use that amenity and we were unable to do so because it was not safe to access the deck. It should not be the renters responsibility to shovel a foot of ice off of the deck.
This is what our hot tub looked like of our arrival. Could not even get access to it because of solid ice on the deck, and the side pieces were falling off of it.
