We do not provide cleaning or maid service during your stay. If you are staying 5 days or more, mid stay cleaning is required at an additional cost.
Our property is the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Rent all of our motel rooms (7 total) & our on-site cottage to accommodate a total of 23 guests. You get your own privacy when you want it and can gather at the shared community space with a fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and picnic tables.
You will be given a code to check yourself in.
There is no full time staff at this motel, however, you will have a phone number to contact us at any time during your stay.
Cleaning is done prior to your stay, there is no room service or mid week cleanings. Mid stay cleanings can be arranged for a fee if desired.
Geneva-On-The-Lake is truly unique, it`s an experience you have to come and see for yourself. We have a beautiful State Park Beach and trails, over 20 area wineries to visit, a beautiful Marina where you can rent Jet Skis, kayaks and paddle boards or charter a boat for walleye and perch fishing. You can walk to GOTL’s infamous mile long “strip” with arcades, put-put, bars, ice cream, restaurants etc. Visit nearby covered bridges and the Ashtabula Harbor. So much to do or relax and do nothing on the beach!
There are several transportation companies in the area and winery tour companies that will pick you up at our motel. You can also rent golf carts and bikes to get around GOTL.
This unit sleeps up to 2 people. Only those staying in the unit are allowed on motel property.
There is parking for one vehicle only per room. Please park in the designated area in front of your room to allow enough space for others.

LOST AND FOUND - A $30.00 fee, plus packing and shipping costs, applies to any Lost and Found items that requested to return to Guests. Items not claimed within seven days of departure will be disposed of at the discretion of Owners.
