The Space:

The living area offers comfortable seating and entertainment options, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Each of the five bedrooms is a private retreat, offering a peaceful space to unwind.



The bedrooms are spread out across all 3 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. One room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other room has a queen bed. The king master bedroom is on the mid level, and has a private full bath and deck access. On the ground level you will find 2 more bedrooms, a queen room and a twin room, that share a full hall bath. A laundry area with washer and dryer round out the conveniences of this home.



Outside, the private pool beckons for refreshing dips (heated by advance request for $75/day, $500/week), and the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and have a family barbecue to end the day. With its prime location, Hat Trick offers easy access to the beach and local attractions, making it the perfect destination for your next vacation.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
