Location was good for visiting local family. Pool table was a huge bonus; we had a lot of fun after coming back from festivities and chill and play pool.

House and location was great. 3 BR, kitchen and included kitchen accessories were great.Quiet neighborhood, nice park nearby with great walking path.In the negative- owner communication was not good, he was not very responsive with questions prior to our stay; sound system remote did not work and it was challenging to get the TV system working; and worst of the all two of three beds were rock hard (if you like firm beds, then you will love them but if you want some cushion, only use the master BR)Overall the place was very nice.

Matt’s place is beautiful inside, better than the photos show. The pool table/ping pong table was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is nicely stocked and has a large refrigerator and freezer. Our 4 year old loved the snacks left. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 four year old and little pup. Plenty of room with a nice back yard. We used the backyard for several of our meals, partly because the one table only would hold 4 people.There are a few things to be aware of. The upstairs stays warmer than the downstairs. To stay cool we bought one fan and had to bump the air down. Also 2 of the beds were VERY firm/hard. There is no address numbers on the house or mailbox and when you get the code to unlock the front door, you will need to pull firmly on the door handle while putting in the numbers and the . The WiFi code was not correct and after I tried for 10 minutes, my hubby found the password on the modem and ithe WiFi sheet uwas missing a number. I must say the lack of communication with the host was the most frustrating. We drove in early and went to Costco. I texted 4 hours early asking if we could check in early after getting our groceries . No response until 30 minutes before and that was after asking a couple times for a code.

The first floor bathroom was not clean. The front door lock did not unlock the door consistently and it was very frustrating. The yard was a disaster with high weeds growing. It would have been nice to have some kind of seating in the bedrooms and the master bath - there was none at all. The clothes dryer did not dry.
