City center shopping, groceries & many restaurants are no more than a 5 minute drive away for convenience needs. Many golf courses, Top Golf, hiking adventures or just about any other outdoor activities are close by this home. 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport & 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.

This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood governed by an HOA. You and your guests will not be disturbed as there is a quiet hours sound ordinance between 10pm-8am.

The HOA does not allow street parking & may have violators towed at vehicle owner's expense. There are 4 parking spaces available at this home. 2 in garage (garage vehicles no longer than 17 feet) & 2 parking spaces in driveway. A few overflow parking areas for other temporary visitors throughout neighborhood are available, please inquire to host for additional parking information if needed.

Neighbors are friendly but some do work from home. Please provide common courtesy with voice levels and music levels and please abide by quiet hour rules between 10pm-8am & make certain all members of your group are aware of courteous noise levels.
