Welcome to my luxurious apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. It's in a prime location, facing the White Tower, and a few steps away from Macedonia Palace Hotel. From its huge veranda, one may enjoy a breathtaking view of the coastline and feel the breeze of the splashing waves. A spacious, sunny and luxuriously decorated apartment that you are going to adore!
The apartment is in the most central area of Thessaloniki near the waterfront and next to everything: famous spots (the Macedonia Palace Hotel, the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center , the University of Macedonia), culture and monuments (The White Tower, the Thessaloniki Archaeological Museum, the Byzantine Culture Museum, the “Umbrellas”-the famous creation of Giorgos Zogolopoulos centrally located by “Nea Paralia”), entertainment and relaxation ( nice restaurants and coffee shops, walks on the new waterfront of Thessaloniki at the sunset) But the most incredible thing is that all these sights can be enjoyed from the veranda of the apartment which is spacious, well- furnished and covered in wooden floor.

The space combines luxury and modernity, ample lighting and a kind of simple lines, sea and green. All these make it the ideal destination for every kind of person, namely business executives, university students and teachers, friends, families and/ or couples. In here, you can find amenities that will make your stay easy and comfortable-a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and of course Wifi and a TV set.

EXTRA SECURITY IS OFFERED BY THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERA EXISTING OUT OF THE FLOOR DOOR OF THE APARTMENT AND RECORDING EVERYONE ENTERING AND EXITING IT.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The listing's base rate is for an ENTIRE HOUSE Rental (1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom & 1 bedroom-you can choose as the main bedroom the bedroom of your preference).
In case the booking is for 2 guests, the guests may choose which bedroom they wish to use for their accommodation. The other 1 will be unavailable for their use.
If there are 2 guests, who wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, they should inform me and the extra bedroom is charged with 20 €/night. In this case, 2 bedrooms of their preference will be available for their accommodation.

In case the booking is for 3 or more guests, all bedrooms will be available for them.
In any case, in your request, you should declare the real number of guests.

On the spot, there will be clean linen and towels, soap or shampoo, a hairdryer just in case. There are also both air condition and ceiling fans system cooling the place adequately day or night and a smoke detector device.

The main bedroom has one double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds that are joined together and become one double.

There is also a large comfortable corner sofa which can provide both relaxation for all and sleep for 2 extra people.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The cleaning fee is charged for the cleaning after your check-out, so we'll be able to deliver the apartment to the following guests in the same condition it was when you received it.

There are free Greek SIM cards available upon request.

In case of a same-day booking, a four-hour notice before your arrival is necessary.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. In case you are less and wish to stay at the apartment more than 4 days, please inform me first through a message and then I'll let you know if this is possible depending on the demand and the season.

In case the booking is for 2 guests, the guests may choose which bedroom they wish to use for their accommodation. The other 1 will be unavailable for their use.
If there are 2 guests, who wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, they should inform me and the extra bedroom is charged with 20 €/night. In this case, 2 bedrooms of their preference will be available for their accommodation.

In case the booking is for 3 or more guests, all bedrooms will be available for them.

The charge for babies and kids is the same as that of an adult. For this reason, if there are children, you shall include them in the number of adult guests.

The check-in time is between 15:00 - 21:00. There is a waiting period of 30 minutes after the agreed check in time between us and the guests. We ask for the guest's flight details in order to track the flight and avoid any inconveniences of possible delays. If you are having any emergency delay please inform us 1 hour before the arranged check in and we will be happy to accommodate you. If we do not have any prior notice, there will be an extra charge depending on the case.
Early check-in benefit is provided in special circumstances with an extra early/late check-in fee - 20€ for after 21.00 and until 23.00, then 30€ from 23.00 until 08:00 and 20€ (08:00-10:00) - which is independent of the extra accommodation fee (half-day rate). So, if you want to be sure for having an early check-in, you don't have to take the risk of the last minute notice; your check-in day in your reservation must be the previous one of your arrival day. However, in case of a same-day check-out, the check-in of the new guests will be possible only when the apartment is cleaned.

The check out time is 11:00 am.

A fee of 30€ is charged for check-in and check-out on the previous, same and next day of Christmas (24th, 25th and 26th of December), New Year's Eve (31st of December), New Year's Day (1st of January), Epiphany (6th of January), on August 15th (The Dormition of Virgin Mary), on 17th of June (Holy Spirit Day) and on all the Greek National Holidays, such as 25th of March (Greek Independence Day) and the 28th of October (The anniversary of ‘NO’) ,which is independent of the extra fees for the early/late check-in and check-out.
Regarding the Orthodox Easter, the fee applies for Friday-Saturday-Easter Day and Easter Monday (25,26,27,28,29 of April).
For those days, early and late check-ins will only be possible after contacting me for confirmation.
NOTICE !! If you are planning for a very early/ late check-in please inform us in your request BEFORE we accept it, so as you have agreed with the extra fees !!

If your stay is longer than 1 week you will have to cover and will be charged with an additional cleaning cost with a cleaning lady allocated by us.

There is also an extra charge of 100€ in case you lose the keys of the apartment.

You are kindly requested during your stay when you are outside and the before your departure, to turn off the air condition, the hot water and also the lights!

Keep in mind that, in accordance with the Greek Regulation Law, upon your arrival, you will need to fill out a guest information form, with some basic info, such as full name and passport number.
