Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor spaces such as the decks and private hot tub. Check-in is seamless with a secure door code provided just before your arrival. Driveway parking is available for up to 2-3 vehicles based on size. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive during winter months.

In winter, you're centrally located between Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Mount Rose, making it an ideal basecamp for ski trips. This neighborhood has a true Tahoe local vibe—quiet, scenic, and safe—while still being close to everything that makes Kings Beach one of the most vibrant and welcoming communities on the North Shore.
Getting Around:
Getting around is simple and convenient. The home offers 3 driveway parking spots, making it easy for groups traveling with multiple vehicles. Most essentials—Kings Beach dining, shopping, the state beach, and lake access—are just a few minutes away by car. In summer, guests can bike or take a short drive down to the lake, local cafés, and rental shops. In winter, Northstar is the closest major resort, typically a quick 10–15 minute drive, with Palisades Tahoe and Mount Rose also within an easy distance. While the neighborhood is peaceful and elevated for great views, roads can be steep in snowy conditions. A 4WD/AWD vehicle and winter tires are strongly recommended during winter months. Ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are available but can be limited during peak seasons, so guests generally find it easiest to explore the area by car.
