The suite offers both comfort and privacy with modern touches. Large windows invite light and offer serene views of Lake Washington, making mornings here especially refreshing. It is newly furnished and features a 15-inch plush memory foam queen bed dressed in allergen-free crisp linens, plus a dedicated desk for work or study. This suite includes its own private bathroom that is located outside the room.

Guests also enjoy a spacious private living room with a stunning water view to relax. The living room includes a sofa, accent chairs, a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator, a selection of board games, and a Roku TV (log in with your own streaming services) for entertainment.

The private laundry area is equipped with a washer, dryer, and allergen-free supplies.

Service animal and emotional support animal, and any other pets are not permitted.

Enjoy free and convenient street parking just behind the house, close to the lakeside. Please note: parking in the driveway or directly in front of the house is NOT allowed.

A well-lit concrete pathway guides you safely across the backyard lawn, making late-night arrivals simple and stress-free. The entry door is equipped with a keyless keypad, and each guest will receive their own unique, secure access code.

The upstairs area is completely separated by a locked door, ensuring full privacy for guests staying on the first floor.

All bookings are self-check-in.

We highly encourage guests to have travel insurance in circumstances when preferred transportation/plans are canceled and/or rescheduled, as we have a strict cancellation policy.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property: if there is smoking of any substance inside the property, booking guests are responsible for an extra $150 cleaning fee.

Service animals, emotional support animals, and any other pets are NOT permitted.
