Living Room:

Kick back and relax in this open-concept living area. The cozy sofas and modern décor create the perfect spot to unwind, while the spacious layout flows right into the kitchen and dining area for easy gathering. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, making this space bright, airy, and inviting.



Full Kitchen:

Cook with ease in this bright, modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. The large island is perfect for meal prep or gathering, while the big window fills the room with natural light and offers a view of the backyard.



Dining area:

Gather around the stylish dining table in this bright, airy space. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass doors with a view of the fenced backyard, while the modern chandelier and chic décor create a cozy spot for meals, games, or conversation.



Bedroom 1:

Drift off to sleep in this spacious and stylish bedroom featuring a king bed, soft bedding, and warm accents. The dark accent wall and modern décor add a cozy touch, while large windows bring in plenty of natural light. Perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring.



Bedroom 2:

House Rules & Important Information



-Pet Policy:

Cats are strictly not allowed. We are happy to welcome dogs only, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay. Dogs must weigh 20 pounds or less.

A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as prior approval is required. Failure to report pets will result in $400 penalty. Thank you for your understanding!



-COVID-19 Sanitization: We thoroughly clean and sanitize the home after each checkout for your safety and well-being.



-No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you’re unsure about your event.



-Additional Nightly Rate for 7+ Guests: First 6 guests included in the base rate. Each additional guest: USD 39/night.





-Entertainment: Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and cable. Login info available upon request.



-No Smoking Indoors: Violation incurs $500 USD fine.



-Weekly Landscaping Service.



-Security Cameras:

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



-Security Deposit: Any rule violation will result in loss of the deposit, non-refundable.



-Garden/Pool Area Wildlife: Occasional harmless insects or wildlife may be seen. We have monthly pest control.



-High-Speed Wi-Fi: No cable TV service.



Getting Around:

The property is easily accessible by car.

The properties are located in a great area within Houston.
