The house is super cute and exceptionally clean. We rent a lot of houses and this had absolutely everything we needed. It was super well stocked. It is across the street from the river and only a block from the local restaurant.

Cozy little place

The destination was Superb. Very clean and comfortable. Wanted a quiet long weekend away from crowds and this was perfect! Only recommendation would be to have lamps in the common rooms near the couches for reading! A lovely place to stay!

Perfect sporstmans getaway

Good accomadations, plenty of parking for boats and trucks. Close to many outdoor activities in the area. Gas, food, store,and bar within walking distance and the snake river right out the front door!

Great, relaxing space!

Very clean. Great space for a short overnight stay or for easy access to the river. We had an early work day and it was a perfect place for co-workers to rest before work.

We rented this property while on an antelope hunt. It was in a great location for the unit we were selected in. It was great to be able cook and get clean at the end of the day. We would definitely do it again if we get drawn again. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

So Perfect…

The location being right at the river made for perfect entertainment. Walking over to the cafe for breakfast or lunch made it so much nicer than expected. The house is so darn cute and perfectly setup. We were all happy, comfortable and loved every minute of it. My husband’s already trying to plan our return trip.

Quite a bit of cobwebs around the place and the bench by the back door was obviously falling apart. We didn't find the beds to be very comfortable but in general it was a nice stay and I would book it again if I came to stay in Grandview again!

Great Home Base For Sturgeon Fishing

My sons were super excited to learn that the property was right across the street from the Snake River. As soon as we got our stuff loaded in, they immediately went over and caught a monster rainbow trout! This is within walking distance of the market and cafe for meals and supplies. It’s also only about 30 minutes from C J Strike for some great sturgeon fishing. The yard was a little bit in disarray but overall, the property was just what we needed for a great fishing trip.

Property and house could have been prepped a little better ie yard keep up and cleaning. Have a plan on what you’re doing in the area as there is not much to see or do. The area smells funky due to the river and there are plenty of bugs. That being said the house was comfortable and convenient. A good deal for somewhere to stay if you have business or pleasure planned nearby.

Mouse droppings behind the couch hide a bed and couch could not be used it. It was broken outside yard was very unsafe. We had a 96 year old person with us.
