This spacious, second story, 3 bedroom apartment is located on Centerville’s (World’s Largest) Town Square, 15 minutes from Lake Rathbun, and short walking distance for restaurants and shopping. The apartment can sleep up to 11 with 3 bedrooms (king size master with en suite, full size futon in master, 2 queen bedrooms, and two memory foam pull out sleeper sofas in living room. There are 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, one with a tub / shower combo, and the other with a stand-up shower. Free on site laundry, self-check in with keypad, private entry, stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, tv’s in all bedrooms, and a dedicated office space.

Once the door is closed, hit the electronic lock button on the deadbolt. Once locked, please ensure the door is locked / secured.
Please return AC to 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Please shut any opened windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Access to the roof from the master bedroom exit is not allowed unless emergency exit / access to fire escape is necessary. Video monitored.

This apartment is large and takes up the entire second floor of the Verizon Wireless building on the east side of the Centerville square, making it one of the cheapest large short term rentals in the area. The bedrooms, living room, and eat in kitchen are all large spaces and can accommodate a large group.
