Golfing Snowbirds: Charming 2-bedroom townhome in Foley on the 8th hole

This lovely 2 story townhouse is nestled in a quiet golf community with a direct view of the 8th hole of Glen Lakes Golf Club, a public 27 hole course. Within 3 mi of Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA and SO MANY restaurants. Just 8 mi from Orange Beach.

This 2 storied townhouse shares a wall with the townhouse on the left side, owned by the nicest retired couple. The entire neighborhood has been a retirement community for those that love golf. Lately some younger families have moved in. But it still has that peaceful, relaxed environment, where people care about each other.

The top floor of the townhouse has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom for each bedroom, an open plan living room and dining room, and a full kitchen. There is a large deck off the primary bedroom and living room for enjoying the views of the golf course.

The bottom floor is an open space for playing cards, watching TV and doing laundry. Off the main area is a spare bedroom, used as an office, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, a kitchenette and a wine closet with mini fridge. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a large closet.

The garage has a brand new epoxy floor and plenty of storage, and even a workbench.

There is plenty of parking. You can fit 2 smaller cars end to end inside the garage. There is also parking available in front of the townhouse. Do not park in the numbered spaces of the neighborhood.

There are many plants in the yard, including fruit trees. The landscaping and lawn care are professionally cared for by the HOA.

Airports include Pensacola (33 mi) and recently opened Gulf Shores (9 mi)!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all keys and the garage clicker on the kitchen counter.
Contact Allison to notify her of check out time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not park in the numbered parking spaces, unless you have a guest staying for a few hours. There is parking inside and outside the garage
Since trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please bring the can to the opposite side of the street the night before. Recycling is Wed.
