The Knole House: a true Vermont farmhouse escape

Welcome to The Knole House! A one-of-kind, cozy Vermont farmhouse central to several Vermont ski resorts and quaint, picturesque towns. Come escape to this quiet, relaxing retreat in the Green Mountains.



Pets welcome with an additonal pet fee.



The Space:

The house features four bedrooms: (upstairs) bedroom 1: king with ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2: two twins (upstairs) bedroom 3: queen, bedroom 4: one twin, two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, wood burning fireplace, curated farmhouse decor, Starlink WiFi, TV, Marshall blue tooth speaker, record player, dedicated workspace, soaking tub, Public Goods products, yoga mats, selected literary works, and countless cozy nooks to read, draw, and relax!



In addition, The Knole House is near some of the best attractions in Vermont Southern Vermont:



* Magic Mountain: 10 minutes

* Downtown Jamaica / Jamaica State Park: 15 minutes

* Bromley Mountain: 25 minutes

* Okemo Mountain : 30 minutes

* Downtown Manchester (shops, outlet stores, dining, and more): 30 minutes

* Downtown Brattleboro (independent shops, dining, and breweries): 35 minutes

* Mt. Snow: 40 minutes

* Stratton Mountain: 40 minutes



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house except for our locked owners' closets.



Getting Around:

We have onsite parking for 3 cars in our driveway. There is no street parking allowed. A car will be needed to get to and from most of the area attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.



Please note that The Knole House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.



Guests may use the indoor fireplace if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse.
